Directions:

  • Brew the espresso

Directions:
  1. Brew one shot of fresh espresso with espresso machine.
  2. Steam milk to 160°, and hold the steam wand just below the surface to create foam.
  3. Pour milk into espresso to taste and spoon foam on top. It might take a few tries to get your personal ratio right.

  • The most common flavor of macchiato is the caramel kind. Which, you can simply just add caramel flavoring and have one for yourself.

Mocha

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cup.
  2. Screw on lid and wrap top with a paper towel.
  3. Give a few very good shakes, until everything is well-mixed and milk is foamy.
  4. Pour into a mug and microwave for 30 seconds or until steaming. Top with whipped cream if desired.

Directions:

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Pull your espresso shot in your latte cup and add a shot of flavored syrup for a flavored latte, if using.
  3. Using a spoon to retain the micro-bubbles on top of the steamed milk, pour the bottom 2/3 of the steamed milk from the steaming pitcher into the latte cup.
  4. Top the latte with the remaining bubbles (You can spoon them onto your drink if desired).

Directions:

  1. Place milk in a 1-cup microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1 minute or until milk is hot and small bubbles form around edge of cup.
  2. Place a metal whisk in cup; whisk vigorously by holding whisk handle loosely between palms and quickly rubbing hands back and forth. Remove foam to a small measuring cup as it forms. Continue whisking until foam measures 1/3 cup; set aside.
  3. Pour Easy Espresso into a mug; pour in remaining hot milk. Spoon foam over top and serve immediately.
