Directions:
- Brew the espresso
- Whisk or froth the milk until foamy
- Pour the espresso into a cup
- Add 1/4 inch of the frothed milk on top
- To be creative, you could make art with the milk/foam

Other:
- Lattes and flat whites do sound similar, but is all in the way the milk is added or poured that makes them different. It is odd that such a small thing as pouring can make such a difference. An experienced barista would know to gently mix the steamed milk around to fold the froth back into the espresso and create a pitcher of silky micro-foam.
