Purpose:

Parts:
- Group head-
- This is where you put the portafilter in when preparing to brew the beans
- Portafilter-This is where the grounds are poured into after being ground out; it attaches to the group head
- Portafilter filter spring-
- The spring is usually a hexagonal shape, and it keeps the basket in place
- Prortafilter basket-This is the filter screen that is in the portafilter
- Group gasket-
- This seals the portafilter and the portafilter basket
- If something is leaking, it is probably due to a malfunction in the group gasket
- Group screen-Located in the group
- Group dispense switch-This is a simple on/off switch
- Group dosing keypad-
- This shows how much you want to make and it activates the group head
- You could have it be continuous or program it to be something else

- This is where the hot water is dispensed from
- Power switch-
- The switch has three options of 1-0-2

- This monitors the health and pressure or temperature of the machine

- This is to see what the water level is at
- There is a small, glass tube located on the machine with a maximum and minimum on the top and bottom to determine the level

- This is located at the end of the steam wand and is dispenses the steamed milk out onto the coffee
