Where it Began

There are many myths and legends that are associated with this culture on how coffee was discovered, but there is not a clear way on how it was truly located. From the evidence found in history, coffee was originally discovered in Ethiopia, and the area it was grown in was the Yemeni district of Arabia by the 15th century. By the 16th century Persia, Egypt, Syria, and Turkey joined in as well.
